If your loan processing software has provision
for managing the stages listed below, any
combination of these notices can be prepared
and distributed. For example, POINT users
can use the lower section of the General Tracking
screens for this purpose. We give you the
sample notices to modify or you can use our
wordings. These can be sent via e-mail (recommended)
or surface mail (not recommended).
- Preliminary Title Ordered and/or Received
- Appraisal Ordered and/or Received
- Closing Docs Ordered and/or Closing Docs Sent to Borrower
- Other Status Updates are available using
the POINT general tracking screen.
Any combination of these notices may be
used. More may be added in accordance with
the terms of the agreement.
