
Be Compliant, Inc. offers three automatic services. Each of these is performed
on a daily basis using an upload of data from your mortgage company to our
server through this utility site. We analyze the data during the night and
distribute the appropriate letters and notices before 3 PM the next day.
1. Marketing Letters - to help you
stay in touch with your prospects until they become your customers. Here's how
it works. When you post an OPENED date in your loan origination
software, but before you run credit, Be Compliant identifies these as prospects
you want to stay in touch with. We prepare follow up letters automatically
based on our nightly analysis of your data upload.
2. Compliance Notices - we help you
stay compliant by identifying when compliance notices should be prepared; we
prepare them and deliver them, if possible, via e-mail. Otherwise we send you a
WORD document containing these notices so you can print and mail them. Here's an
example of how it works. When you post a tracking date for a DENIED
borrower, we identify it and prepare the appropriate compliance notice. The
reason you enter to the DENIED COMMENT line we insert in the document as your
reason for the decline.
3. Status Updates - we help you create
positive customer relations by making sure your borrower knows the progress of
his loan at all times. Here's how. When you enter a date on the tracking
field for Preliminary Title Ordered or Received, your borrower receives an
e-mail letting him know that this important piece of work has been completed on
his loan.
4. Daily Reports - we help you get
organized and stay organized. After BeCompliant prepares your Marketing
Letters, Compliance Notices, and Status Updates we send you a complete
accounting of your activity.
